Please note that all bookings are first received as requests. A reservation is only considered confirmed once a confirmation notice has been issued by BookMeKyoto.
Upon confirming availability and reaching out to you, your reservation will be officially finalized once payment is complete.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
To ensure the best experience for all guests, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or may be treated as a same-day cancellation. Failure to attend without prior notice will be recorded as a no-show.

Your privacy is important to us. Photography or filming during your experience will only take place with your explicit consent. Please note that we may occasionally document sessions for quality assurance or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance or upon your arrival.

BookMeKyoto and its partners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, or loss occurring during the experience, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. We highly recommend that all participants secure comprehensive travel insurance prior to their visit.
Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues arising from a participant's pre-existing illness, late arrival, or failure to adhere to provided instructions.
